Would you like to be a part of the team of leaders that are leading every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Christ and His Church? If so, fill out our Officer Application. You will be connecting with a FCA staff or volunteer for an interview to finish the application process within 1-3 business days.

How to fill out an Officer Application:


  1. Create account
  2. Select either Adam Willow as your primary FCA staff connection or your local rep: Jessica Becker, Andre Reese or Charlene Lister
  3. Fill out all the rest of the required information in that section and then click the next step button
  4. Fill out all the info in the involvement section and then click the next step button
  5. In the Opportunities section, the primary volunteer opportunity you should select is Huddle Leader.
  6. Then select campus.
  7. Fill out the rest of the information and then select N/A for the "Who you are in regards to that group" question.
  8. in the "Leadership Requirements" section, under background check info, If you are under the age of 18 years old, please enter all 1's in the social security box.
  9. Fill out the remaining information and after verifying that you have followed all instructions above, click the submit button.


IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE, YOU WILL EITHER HAVE TO RE-FILL OUT THE ENTIRE APPLICATION OR WE WILL NEVER SEE IT.
