Step 1: Go to our West Volusia FCA Donation page

Step 2: Select a one time gift and input your sponsorship level amount

Step 3: Input your credit card information

Step 4: Fill out the Personal information section

We will use that email to contact you to confirm sponsorship

Step 5: Click this link to upload the logo
